Crumbly fudge
In the world of sweets, fudge is almost universal. It is known and loved everywhere, and because of this, the varieties have multiplied.
Some people prefer the creamy style of fudge, while others swear by the older, crumbly fudge. The difference between them is all in the mixing, for ingredients are basically the same. Crumbly fudge, however, is hand-beaten with a wooden spoon, giving the final product its own special texture.
