Our Products

Our delicious fudge is hand made in Yorkshire following a traditional recipe, where the fudge is beaten with a wooden spoon to produce that wonderful crumbly texture. Burnt Sugar is constantly developing new flavours and at present you can choose from Natural Vanilla, Clotted Cream, Rich Chocolate, Muscovado, Mixed Spice, Cranberry and Cinnamon, Stem Ginger and Mocha. 	At bean we sell a wide range of hand made chocolates either loose from the glass counter or ‘off the shelf’ in a variety of different styles of packaging. Currently, we can offer top quality chocolates and truffles from Charbonnel et Walker, and Pemberton’s Chocolates from which you can make your own selection in 100gm, 250gm and 450gm boxes. We update our stock regularly and try to source unusual chocolates such as chilli and lime and white praline and sweet almond, as well as the more traditional champagne truffles and caramels. All of our range is selected not only for its top quality ingredients but also for its design. You will find that some of our chocolates are almost too beautiful to eat.
